I needed to get Palmer into Cecily's pedigree to try to retain her great field instinct and pick up his gorgeous head and back, and breeding to his son out of Pym seemed a good choice.  "Cecilia" is the result of that breeding and I got what I sought!  She's an absolutely lovely girl, pointed from the puppy class and earned her first major as a specialty major under English breeder judge, June Smith. She has her mom's lovely outline, her grandpa's natural hunting instinct, and, with her abundant double coat and more show attitude than she even needs, she is a joy to show, will show just a bit as a special before moving on to the performance promised in her multi-purpose pedigree.
